Australia’s barramundi have received international acclaim as one of the world’s top sport and game fish. It is also a culinary delight. Barramundi are related to perch and are predators. It is deep-bodied with a large mouth and strong tail. They can grow to about 45 kg and are brownish grey on the upper body with silver below.
