Description
When settlers came to our land from Britain in the early days, they struggled to find water in an unfamiliar and often hostile land. Our people saved many of their lives by finding it for them and teaching them how to find water for themselves and to fend for themselves in other ways – truly an act of reconciliation.
As we gave water, the flow has never stopped. It’s a river that flows from God above to the mountains, the valleys, to the streams and creeks and to the oceans deep and wide. We have an abundance of water in my part of the country. We are blessed because of this and we are thankful for what we have been given.
